Volunteering Week 2021: Sharing our expertise to support the community
While we have many volunteering activities taking place throughout the year, Societe Generale’s UK Volunteering Week is a particularly special event for colleagues to come together and help the community.
Now in its second year, our UK Volunteering Week demonstrated our continued commitment to our local communities, as well as the value and power of sharing the collective ideas and expertise of our staff.
Together, volunteers helped school students learn about financial services, shared valuable insights and ideas with community leaders and charities, supported young black men on their journey towards a career, and much more.
With 260 hours volunteered across the week, 130 individuals were able to benefit from our support.
