Societe Generale London Branch (SGLB) is a UK based dual regulated firm authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and is subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Remuneration Disclosure
Capital requirements applicable to SGLB are defined by the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) which together comprise CRD V.
Under CRD V, SGLB is a proportionality Level 2 firm and needs to comply with the PRA rulebook and SYSC 19D of the FCA Handbook. Remuneration disclosure under Article 450 of Chapter 4 of the Disclosure (CRR) section of the PRA rulebook applies to SGLB. It states that firms must comply with requirements in a manner that is appropriate to their size, internal organisation and the nature, scope and complexity of their activities.
