2021 saw the launch of our highly successful reverse mentoring programme in partnership with our Be Me – Race Equity, Gender and Pride & Allies employee networks.
It gives a platform for our diverse employee talent to coach and develop our senior leaders around diversity & inclusion topics in the workplace.
